Kindergartens in East Germany are glorified daycare centers. It is rare that a child does not attend one starting at the age of 2 even if the mother and/or father doesn't work. Germany is a socialist society; and therefore, it is viewed as a high priority to integrate the children into society as soon as possible.
The Coloured World of Kids
desires to care for children in a multilingual atmosphere where creativity is the focus. We also desire to encourage and support parents in raising their children by creating a positive experience and learning environment in which Christian values are modeled.

Kids Kids Kids!!!
Two women from the Open Door Gemeinde were given a vision from God to start a Christian Kindergarten. These are a rarity, and it is our desire to support this ministry so that the children of East Germany and their parents may hear the truth of God's love. This is a quote from one of the women who will be a teacher there, "People living in the east of Berlin are not in the least familiar with the thought of God's existence. It is our wish to reach out to families to be a small instrument of God's kingdom and plant little seeds of God's love in a little child's heart."
